Jack Serpent Map reveal!
Hello, happy almost February!
This is my first author newsletter so I’ll keep it short. I am so grateful for all the support my ARC readers, critique partners, friends, and family have given Jack Serpent! We are 4 short months away from release day.
A short introduction to me: I am a full-time mom making my English degree work. I minored in studio art as well. I love all things fantasy - grew up on Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, Narnia, Indiana Jones, and Star Wars. I have been writing for as long as I can remember. My fourth-grade teacher was graced with my first book including illustrations about a knight. I love baking, horseback riding, cosplay, the ocean, and of course creating worlds for people to escape into!
This week we had the world map reveal for Jack Serpent, book one of my dark fantasy series. The Scriver Archives world is made up of five continents but the first book only takes place on one, Elgar. I had a map drawn up by a talented friend Chris to just include Elgar and the closest continent Cafferia.
